Dismissal and Reengagement (Fire and Rehire) Code of Practice

The Department of Business and Trade is seeking retailers’ views on the draft statutory Dismissal and Reengagement (Fire and Rehire) Code of Practice. 

The department is particularly interested in areas where the code could create issues for business and invited the BRC to meet with officials to discuss this on 15 March. 

Members are invited to share their views ahead of that.
