Please clear your browser cookies and cache using the following instructions:
In Chrome
- At the top right, click the vertical ellipsis (three dots) ⋮
- Go to Settings > Privacy and Security
- Click Delete Browsing Data
- Select All time from the Time range dropdown field (leave the Password field unticked (Advanced tab) if you do not wish to have your saved passwords deleted).
- Click Delete data
- Close the browser, reopen it, and try logging in again.
In Microsoft Edge
- At the top right, click the horizontal ellipsis (three dots) ⋯
- Go to Settings > Privacy, search and services
- In Delete browing data section, click Choose what to clear in the Clear browsing data now field
- Select All time from the Time range dropdown field (leave the Password field unticked if you do not wish to have your saved passwords deleted).
- Click Clear now
- Close the browser, reopen it, and try logging in again.
