Please clear your browser cookies and cache using the following instructions:

In Chrome

  1. At the top right, click the vertical ellipsis (three dots)
  2. Go to Settings Settings > Privacy and Security
  3. Click Delete Browsing Data
  4. Select All time from the Time range dropdown field (leave the Password field unticked (Advanced tab) if you do not wish to have your saved passwords deleted).
  5. Click Delete data
  6. Close the browser, reopen it, and try logging in again.

 



In Microsoft Edge

  1. At the top right, click the horizontal ellipsis (three dots)
  2. Go to Settings Settings > Privacy, search and services
  3. In Delete browing data section, click Choose what to clear in the Clear browsing data now field
  4. Select All time from the Time range dropdown field (leave the Password field unticked if you do not wish to have your saved passwords deleted).
  5. Click Clear now
  6. Close the browser, reopen it, and try logging in again.
